A graduate from Rutgers University with a BFA in Filmmaking, Jonny Berkowitz is currently committed to finding a career in the entertainment industry.

He has professional experience working as a Production Assistant on films, TV shows, commercials, and photoshoots and has worked with major studios including Netflix and Paramount.

Concurrently with his production work, he became certified as a Mental Health Coordinator through the Association of Mental Health Coordinators. He strives to facilitate safer sets on films, TV shows, and theater productions.

During his time at Rutgers University, Jonny wrote, directed, and produced a variety of short films including his Senior Thesis Film: The Glorbis. This film was featured in the 2023 Reel Recovery Film Festival in North Hollywood.

Jonny also has experience in the press, having worked as the Associate Video Editor for The Daily Targum. He has produced multiple videos that can be viewed on The Daily Targum's YouTube channel and oversaw to work of videographers and interns.

Outside of production stuff, he enjoys baking sourdough and spreading the good word of sobriety.
